Vang Vieng Sky Mountain View Hotel

Mr. Tommy, the owner is a Laotian national treasure! He will arrange for you absolutely everything you can think of - adventures in VV, tickets to other locations, he will expertly answer every answer you may have! Communication with him is very easy and effective! The hotel is quite nice, it has a little swimming pool, free breakfast (great omelettes), the room was spacious and clean. There is a very interesting morning market right in front of the hotel. Location is very close to all the pubs and restaurant, but in a quiet part of town (well, the neighbours sometimes have loud karaoke parties, but I see this happening across Laos). If not for the WiFi, I would have given this place a 10, but if I am in VV I will certainly stay here again, I loved it! Thanks Tommy for being a great host!

With plenty of tour services available, I was able to discover hidden gems of the region without any hassle. My room was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, making my stay enjoyable. Great stay. The manager BK is so nice. He's friendly, helpful and has the best smile. We had a little hiccup with the motorbike rental due to misunderstanding with another staff, but BK sorted it out. The hotel itself is well located, the swimming pool is great and clean, the room very spacious and the bed super comfortable. Recommended!
